DCHR ServiceNow Employee Self-Service Portal (CRM Design)
For the launch of the first employee self-service portal for the DC Department of Human Resources (DCHR), I played a key role in the UI and UX design of the ServiceNow CRM portal. This project represented a major leap forward in DCHR's digital capabilities, delivering a streamlined and efficient platform for managing employee services.
My responsibilities included conducting a thorough review of existing content, interviewing DCHR leadership, creating mock-ups, and designing engaging graphics. Working closely with ServiceNow IT developers, I developed prototypes and provided design feedback and direction to ensure a smooth, user-friendly experience. The portal was crafted to resolve issues with request processing, task status tracking, and resource accessibility, resulting in a sophisticated and intuitive digital solution that enhances DCHR’s service delivery and user engagement.
